Fat Makers! what are they? Never heard of them before? These are the answers i get when i ask people to define what they are.

Today i am going to show you 10 ways to switchon the fat makers. But first of all i shall define what a fat maker is. It is anything chemical, physical or psychological that makes your body store fat instead of burn fat.

Here are the ten ways:

1) High Fat Meals Or Snacks:

When dietary fat crosses our stomach and intestines into our blood stream, your brain and body are programmed to trigger the “store it” signal. They stuff most of the fat into body fat cells, where it’s tucked away as fuel for future lean times.

2) Stuffing Yourself Even With Low Fat Or Non Fat Foods:

Even though they are low fat or non fat, if you stuff yourself the excess food which is not burnt will be soon stored as fat.

3) Low Fiber Or Non Fiber Snacks:

These types of snacks of low fibre callibre play an important role in stopping the smooth movement of digestion and causing cancer toxins and disease promoting substances to come in contact with the digestive tract. Low fibre tends to promote weight gain and increase blood pressure.

4)Alcohol-Two Or More Drinks A Day:

Whenever you drink alcohol, your body burns less fat and burns it more slowly than usual. Alcohol does something else as well. It increses your appetite for sugary and saturated fat foods. So you will be packing extra calories from both alcohol and fat foods.

5) Vanishing Muscle Tone:

Any and everyday that you fail to use your muscles they are steadily geting weaker. When your muscles start to atrophy a signal from the brain tells those muscles to produce fat buring enzymes at a slower rate. As this happens dietary fatĀ  becomes easier to store as body fat.

6) Skipping Meals Or Snacks:

A lot of people skip breakfast in the morning as they are rushing to work. Some people party hard at night so go to bed late and wake up in the afternoon the next day. All in all they miss out on the most important meal of the day in slow down their metabolisms and compensate by stuffing themselves in the afternoons and evenings when they are more sedentary.

Most people these days are inactive. They sit down for hours on end watching tv or playing computer games. Whenever you are inactive for 60 minutes or more it is likely your body is sending a signal to your brain to decrease fat burning and increase fat making which will of course, turn the body into a fat maker.

9) Poor quality sleep:

Efficient fat loss and energy building depend on your body recieving deep rest and getting a chance to recover during deep sleep. If you don’t sleep properly or for long enough you will turn your body into a fat maker.

10) Mismanaged Stress:

Every time you get frustrated or angry. Every time you get anxious or upset these are what we call stress symptoms. Usually they quickly vanish. But if they are prolonged your blood pressure rises and muscle tension increases. This translates directly into increased fat especially around the abdomen area.
